Maegan has devoted her early business years to personal and leadership training development, and she has been an entrepreneur since 2007 which led her to co-found Makeup Magic by MGB with her husband and business partner a few years later.

Maegan's ambition and friendly smile have led to opportunities for her to collaborate with reputable labels and businesses in the cosmetics and beauty industry both locally and globally.

MGB is an expert in makeup artistry, semi-permanent cosmetic procedures (such as microblading), and eyelash extensions. Her enthusiasm for her art and ability to impart her skills have earned her a reputation as a well-respected mentor with hundreds of students from Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, St. Vincent, the United States, Nigeria, and the United Kingdom to name a few.
